Who We Serve

Are you sitting all day and are currently plagued with neck and back pain?

Are you a weekend warrior who can't do the activity you love because of pain?

Did you just have surgery and can't wait to get back to running, swimming, or cycling?

LISTEN UP!

I've been there and won't tell you to just REST!

I went from playing collegiate soccer to sitting and studying at my desk for hours in grad school and kept putting off my neck pain and back pain because...I thought it would get better on it's own!

After months of failed self-treatment and sleepless nights I eventually caved in and got help. My nagging pain went way in a week and I kept thinking to myself… why did I wait so long?

Don’t assume your pain will get better with time like I thought. Don’t leave it to chance and don’t waste any more of your precious time. Get the help you need today!

WHAT WE TREAT

Whether you're a weekend warrior, athlete, mom, dad, student, or worker.

What is Orthopedic
Manual Physical Therapy?

Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy is a specialty using hands-on techniques to assess and treat various musculoskeletal conditions.

Techniques include: Dry Needling, Soft Tissue Mobilization (STM), joint mobilization, manual stretching, Muscle Energy Techniques, Mobilization with Movement, High-Velocity Thrust Manipulation, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Kinesio taping.

Research has shown manual therapy combined with skilled exercise intervention produces the best patient outcomes.

That is why I always believe an activity problem requires an active solution... Not a passive solution to get rid of your pain!
